We learn..We think.. Yet beware of our ego..let go your ego.. so that you will understand what we understand... We will never be lost.. THE BEAUTY IS IN THE KNOWING OF THE REAL THING..

..."The past is only a memory, the future is only a vision, so look well into your present moment for IT is the only place One will ever BE. As it is said, to awaken the unconscious mind requires a returning to the present moment, for a mind that is dreaming of the past is only stuck looking in the rear view mirror.

Many struggle with releasing the past, as we tend to cling to IT like a 'binder' we carry, always referring to what we once were and claiming that as our BEing. There are others who are always speaking of the vision of tomorrow, or of what they may become, but the only thing that defines us IS who we ARE right now, in this day that has come! It is easy to dream of the future, but IT takes a fearless conscious being to create in the present moment, as conscious choices are required to be made without fear or judgment.

But for the mind that is clinging to the past or the dreams of the future, cannot make these critical choices in their living moment, thus why many never reach the vision of their dreams, for our thoughts are the barrier which lie in between. We tend to label these thought barriers as 'fear', but the source of all fears come from the influence of our 'binder' we carry, which are the thoughts of yesterday and the dreams of tomorrow.

When one is asked, 'Who are you?' We should look deeper into the spirit of out true nature beyond just saying our name, as it does no good saying who we were yesterday or who we want to be tomorrow, for the world needs more conscious spirits to awaken to who they are today, right now in this living moment!

And this can only arise when we see through the illusions that our 'thoughts' create within us, as we realize that this unseen influence is one we mostly ignore, thus allowing IT to work through us as an unconscious force unnoticed.

Look closer at the silent awareness which stands behind your fleeting thoughts, if we could but just sit for a moment and listen to that silence, your silence, what we will discover is a presence that guides us. So IT would be wise to discover the source of our thoughts, for within that is the secret path to the liberation of our hearts.

Do not stand at the base of the mountain and declare the task as too difficult, for the view from the peak is something that is divine and beyond beautiful! And 'that' is worth all the struggle and pain we may go through, as our enlightenment, our awakening, and our self expansion can be the most difficult path we must face, yet we must be willing to take that long journey, before we can finally come full circle.

Watching how a lion gazes across its pride land, shows how its presence is always rooted in the present moment, and with that IT is available to react to any situation that arises. Martial arts experts know of these secrets, for to overcome any struggle requires this stillness, both within the mind and within the spirit.

As the ancient Bodhisattva Milarepa once said, 'When you run after your thoughts, you are like a dog chasing a stick: every time a stick is thrown, you run after it. Instead, be like a lion who, rather than chasing after the stick, turns to face the thrower. One only throws a stick at a lion once'." ~Alistar Valadez...
