..."They say it takes the death of the ego to transcend mind into spirit, yet many become afraid of the thought of losing the ego and being left with only a empty shell of being, but IT is not about creating more fears, for we are far more powerful beyond the limits of our thinking mind.

..."They say it takes the death of the ego to transcend mind into spirit, yet many become afraid of the thought of losing the ego and being left with only a empty shell of being, but IT is not about creating more fears, for we are far more powerful beyond the limits of our thinking mind.

IT is all about realizing that the ego is only a role, and far to many of us get lost clinging to our roles, which is the source of ALL inner suffering, as the teaching of the Buddha says simply, if you cling you will suffer!

Our ego only limits us from BEing who we Really ARE, its not that we are negating the negative, for there is no denying of the ego's existence, but if one never looks closely at their own inner self, they will continue to think that they are who they 'pretend' to BE unconsciously.

IT is wise to go beyond the limits of our old roles and ego mind, as a new role will always emerge and rise, one that is less self serving and one which is more all inclusive, as that IS missing in most peoples lives, the entire view of the whole spectrum of BEing." ~Alistar Valadez...
