Read on...

..."If One is trying to only look at the good in life and deny the bad, is that really looking at What IS? Not that One should say that 'bad' is OK, but can we look at society and at our-self, and say we as a society are brutal violent beings?

That is what truly IS, even though our minds tend to want to shift to thinking of 'what should be', which is only a creation of thoughts and not the truth of Reality...Can thoughts allow us to look at What IS? Or does it distort, separate, and divide the actuality of reality?

Only when One can look at the fear, greed, selfishness, prejudices within us and society, without the judging veil of thoughts that separate and divide us, then One can begin to understand the true nature of self and WHAT IS.

What the world needs is more transformed individuals and less people who modify their behaviors with second hand beliefs, for behavior modification is only the ego pretending to be reformed by thinking of 'what should be'.

We are violent, yet our mind says 'I am not to be violent', which splits us into two entities and creates the conflict of duality. Yet you are not two entities, you are only One, and only by Knowing your whole spectrum of being can transformation be found.

When we shed our 'image' and reconnect to the felt presence of immediate experience, and SEE What Really IS, then transformation can begin right here and now, for only by looking at the whole spectrum of being, can the problems of the self and society begin to be solved!" ~Alistar Valadez...
