Health blog II... GROW WITH US to be better, greater, wiser, happier & healthier!

We are the sum of us in us, we are body, mind, emotion and spirit connected. Being better, wiser, happier, healthier and wealthier are our intention and life purpose. Te add value to oneself, to enhance and improve humanity, to being unique and our own best. Self talk our body to be healthy and beautiful, our mind to be positive and intelligent, to our hearts that is loving and kind, and that our spirit is invincible and immortal...Together we grow!

Our belief and attitude makes up the us now and later..

Our belief.. must be with faith, strong, purposeful, right, decent, sustaining, loving & kind, good & beautiful...
Our attitude... must be positive, correct, meaningful, steadfast, faithful, sincere, honest, gentle, forbearing, unselfish, never arrogant nor egoist, helpful & generous, humble and efficient..

It all adds into our world of existence and persistence to manifesting the we of what and who we are..

Start our vision and mission with what's required of us to becoming that us we acquire and inspire to be...

We are whom we totally hold on to what and how we believe and design for ourselves..

Trust me.. so start by designing that one person that we choose to be.. The choice is definitely fine with approval from our most loving creator ever.. because He unconditionally loves us that much...

GROW WITH US, aim to be greater, better, wiser, happier, healthier and wealthier...

This is the continuing blog for Lucy's tips for a happier and healthier you... The mother blog contains 5888 posts. To me, life is beautiful, life is wonderful.. Life s magical, life s ethical.. Fill our lives with challenges to prove oneself capable, stable and playable... Be the joker not the joke, be the leader not the leaner...

Be keen to be living better... better than the 1001 Arabian Nights.. full of music, magic, romance, excitement, challenges... Be confident, be loving, be teasing, be the hero or heroine of all play yet never played at... Never forget your role as who we really are.. yes, We are the sum of the sum in us, body, mind, emotion and spirit connected..

Be the best of your best!
