Water-less steamboat... Put them into a 7 ply wok, cook them covered for 25 mins, low heat[on induction cooker] and all the original juices of seafood goodness... yummy... NUTRITIOUS AND DELICIOUS..





Long cabbage, baby corn, a can of corn, 10 prawns, a huge slice of fish meat, sotong, tomatoes, tofu, fish balls, kangkong and 3 types of mushrooms.....  no oil, no water, no salt, no seasoning at all....   and it really tastes yummy.... nutritious and delicious....
