But there is another way to live, a balanced life through a relationship with the great silence, that inner intuition which most do not recognize as their own true spirit. For it is that which works like our inner guiding GPS system, and that can help keep us off the path from getting lost within some barren wasteland! Just like riding a bike, to attain balance is not something we DO, but something that arises within the release of trying, as there is great resonance within those who live within the silence. Just like in swimming, in letting go we begin to float, by clutching and clinging we drown with the excess weight of illusions we carry. And just like with driving a car, being conscious is to BE ready for anything which arises within the preset moment, versus reacting blindly because our mind is too busy daydreaming of the past or future. Many people have died on the road due to this unconscious behavior, as IT is that same unconsciousness which can lead one blindly into their own self created hell, and just as they say that we are captain of our ship, if we do not help steer the ship at sea, we surely will become lost in the unconscious currents!" ~Alistar Valadez...
